Dear vendors,

Welcome to the 5th edition of the Romanian Food Festival on 5 – 7 November, 2010. The three previous editions of our Festival have been successful. Please check our website to see pictures: www.romanianfestival-dallas.com.

In 2008, approximately 2700 people enjoyed the Romanian Food Festival and this year we are expecting even more visitors. We are extensively advertising the 2010 Festival through post cards, newspapers, radio, TV, Internet, banners, flyers and yellow (bandit) signs. We are trying to attract as many visitors as we can!!!

Being the only Romanian Festival organized in Dallas - Fort Worth area, we are visited by people coming from all the metroplex. We are expecting to have at our festival this year around 3,000 – 3,500 people.

The vendor’s booths are located in the highest pedestrian traffic area. Also, we don’t want poaching competition between vendors so we will try to avoid having two or more vendors selling the same products.

The standard fee for all the 3 days period of the festival is $100 / ground space (10’ x 10’). However, if you can participate just 1 day only, the fee will be just $50 and for 2 days: $75.

Optionally, we can upgrade with tent, electricity access, tables and chairs, or you can bring your owns. Restrooms are available and parking is in a specially assigned area near the church. Details about location, time and payments can be found in our vendor contract and vendor flyer.
